You can easily enter your duty hours and monitor your hourly totals by duty hour type with Residency Partner™. However, if the Duty Hour icon does not appear on your Welcome screen, you are not responsible for entering your duty hours. You can also see previous and upcoming months by clicking on the directional arrows in the upper corners of the calendar. The calendar will default to the current month.
aDDING DUTY HOURS
If you are to enter your duty hours, you can do so by either clicking on the date in the upper left or by clicking on the star in the upper right corner of each date block. It will bring you to the following screen, where you can either do a single day entry or a multiple day entry for that particular duty hour type. Once you have specified the Start and End times, select Save. This will bring you back to the monthly calendar view of your duty hours.
dUTY HOUR sUMMARY
Below the calendar, there is a Summary of Hours. This will outline your hourly totals by duty hour type over a 6 week period, including a weekly total.
