Instructions:

Step 1: In Residency Partner, go to the menu > INSTITUTION > RESIDENCY PARTNER OPTIONS. Click on the SYSTEM tab. Copy the contents of the Dataset field to the clipboard (Ctrl-C).

Step 2: PASTE (Ctrl-V) the clipboard into the field below.

Step 3: Add the {PROGRAM.MDB NAME} to the end of the text you just pasted below. i.e. 'c:\program files\residency partner\programs\family practice\' {PROGRAM.MDB NAME}

NOTE: The {PROGRAM.MDB NAME} can be found by looking in the folder that you pasted.

Step 4: Push the UPLOAD button to send to us.

NOTE: We will automatically be notified when the file arrives.
