If you are unable to load Residency Partner™'s login page or other websites, this could be a result of bad internet connectivity. Loss of connectivity may also result in your work not being saved properly.
Residency Partner™ is currently compatible with Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 3. If you are using earlier versions of these browsers or another browser, there may be errors or cosmetic problems. Updating your browser version may resolve an issue you are having.
If you don't remember what URL to use to login to Residency Partner™ your coordinator or Residency Partner™ Administrator should be able to instruct you.
If it's late at night and you need help entering in Duty Hours or Creating a Schedule, you can always consult this Help file.
If you need specific information about your residency, you should contact your Coordinator or Program Director. They will be able to give you the information that you need or they can contact us in the event of a technical problem.
