When you need to add a new Student, Resident or Fellow, click on the appropriate icon from the home screen. The following example shows how to add a new Resident, but will work for Students, Fellows and Alumni as well. A user account will still need to be created in order for the Resident to begin using Residency Partner™.
Make sure you are logged into the correct program or have the correct program active. To find out how to switch programs, please see Changing Program.
Click on the Resident Icon. This will bring you to the Resident Demographic screen, as shown below.

Click on New. This will create the new resident record.

Fill the fields provided and click Save. The Resident Demographic screen will show the new Resident as Incoming as of the start date entered.
NOTE: Before adding any Resident, Fellow, Student or Alumni records we suggest checking to make sure a record (complete or incomplete) has not already been saved for that individual. Residency Partner will check for duplicate Social Security numbers already entered into the system, but not for other record information.
