Similar to adding Resident records to your program, you can also add Attending demographic records. Click on the Attendings icon from the home screen to open your attending list.
Adding Attending Records
If you want to add an Attending that is not already in the system, click on the Attendings icon from the homescreen. Below is an example of what the next screen will look like; your screen may already have attendings listed.
Click New.

By clicking New, you will be asked for some specific information about the Attending. At this point you can add their first and last name, initials, email address and P.I.# (if applicable).

Once information is entered, there is a check box located next to "Assign Attending to [Current Program]". This check box signifies whether or not this Attending is Faculty for your program (Program's Attending). This box will be checked by default, so if you do not want this attending to be considered faculty for your program, uncheck it.

Once you are finished, click Save.
NOTE: To check to make sure you are not entering a duplicate Attending record, go back to the Select an Attending screen above and check the box to Show All Attendings. Scroll through the list to see if there is an attending that matches the one you are about to enter. You do not need to enter Attending records more than once.
