ICD-9 (International Classification for Diseases, version 9) codes can be used when entering cases. The ICD-9 codes your institution uses can be sorted and categorized to make them easy to find.

Sort ICD-9s by name or by code using the ICD-9 menu.

New ICD-9s can be added by filling in the code number and code name in the blank row at the bottom of the ICD-9 grid. Selecting an ICD-9 category is optional.

New categories can be added by clicking New Category, entering the name of the new category, then clicking Save. New categories can also be added in Lists.
